Accessibility statement
Built to be usable by everyone.
Accessibility is both the right thing to do and a signal that we understand how the public sector evaluates suppliers. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the New Zealand Government Web Accessibility and Web Usability Standards.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML, a skip-to-content link, and a single clear heading structure on every page.
- Colour contrast meeting WCAG AA for text; brand green is used for accents and large headings, never small body text where it wouldn't pass.
- Visible, high-contrast keyboard focus on every interactive element; the site is fully keyboard-navigable.
- Form fields with proper labels, hints, and required indicators; the briefing form works without JavaScript.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer it; no auto-playing motion.
- No reliance on third-party scripts, which often introduce accessibility regressions.
Ongoing
We test against assistive technology and will publish a formal conformance review and remediation log as the site grows. Accessibility is treated as a standing requirement of every build phase, not a one-off audit.
